Danie Kruger – Founder & Lead Compliance Engineer
Danie Kruger is an experienced, GCC-certified engineer with a proven record across multiple industries, including manufacturing, mining, facilities management, telecommunication, and construction.
Over more than three decades, he has held key leadership and legal appointment roles, including GMR 2.1 and Section 16.1 responsibilities, giving him firsthand insight into the operational and regulatory challenges faced by South African businesses.
Danie has served in senior engineering, operations, and compliance positions at several major organisations, where he developed and implemented systems that improved safety, reliability, and legal compliance.
His approach combines technical expertise, real-world practicality, and a genuine commitment to building safer, more efficient workplaces.
As the founder of Sigma Safety Solutions, Danie leads with the belief that safety should be simple, structured, and sustainable — empowering clients to stay compliant while focusing on what they do best: running their business.
Aldo Kruger – Health and Safety Specialist, Consultant & Trainer
Aldo Kruger is a qualified Health and Safety Specialist with extensive experience across multiple industries, including construction, manufacturing, and maintenance environments.
He has worked with accredited training providers under various SETAs, assisting with the facilitation of health and safety training programs, learner assessments, and workplace compliance verification.
His strong background in on-site safety implementation, document control, and risk management systems makes him a valuable partner for clients aiming to meet legal and operational requirements.
Aldo’s practical experience ensures that every safety system developed by Sigma Safety Solutions is not only compliant but usable, maintainable, and aligned with South African workplace realities.
